Library Settlement Partnerships Program (LSP)

Library Settlement Partnerships offers a unique and innovative Newcomer Information Service, including one-on-one settlement information and referrals, group information sessions, and community outreach.

Funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, LSP is a partnership program between Richmond Hill Public Library and Catholic Community Services of York Region.
