Yoga for Kids with Nora Jones

Through story-based yoga flow, children will learn basic yoga poses and reinforce a peace-filled lifestyle. While silence is a seldom found virtue in a busy child's experience, this class will be a meditation made up of giggles, positive words and movement. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel.
