Are you interested in having the library at your next community event? RHPL program staff are here to connect with local organizations for events like community markets, fairs, curriculum night, and more. We can also arrange library visits at one of our locations. Complete the form below and someone from our team will contact you within 5-10 business days.

We would love to visit up to 2 classes while we are at your school or have up to 3 classes visit the library at a time. If there is another teacher at your school who would like us to visit their class, please include both classes and teacher information in this form.

Type of Library Visit

Storytime and Intro to Library: read stories and find out how libraries work. Grades K-2. Typically 30 mins.

STEAM: Our staff will bring Ozobots and Bluebots and do activities with your class. Grades 2-6. Typically 45 mins. Best held in the school library or learning commons, if available.

Library Services Orientation: A basic introduction to library services and branches. Grades 3-12. Typically 45 mins.

Library Database and Research Orientation: Learn about the databases the library has to offer, along with some basic research skills. Grades 6-12. Typically 45 mins – 1 hr.

Library Information Booth at Your Event: we come to your event with information and a display.

Visit the Library: bring your class to one of our branches. Learn about and tour the library. All Grades. Typically 45 mins – 1 hr.

I would like to receive Library Card Membership forms for my class. Teachers send the form home to caregivers, then scan completed forms to the Library. The Library will bring these cards on the scheduled date. Please note: we require the forms returned 1 week before the visit in order to process the cards.
