Volunteering at RHPL

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, get experience and give back to your community. Earn volunteer hours through a variety of opportunities with Richmond Hill Public Library.

Library volunteers must be a high school student (Grade 9-12), and must either live or attend high school in Richmond Hill.

Reasons to Volunteer at the Library

  1. Create meaningful and lasting connections with members of your community.

  2. Earn volunteer hours required to graduate high school.

  3. Meet new people who care about our community and make a diverse pool of friends.

  4. Learn new skills in technology, communication and hands-on learning.
